Return Policy

We offer store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for credit or exchange. We do not offer Refunds.

To be eligible for a return for credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hammeredandpickled@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You the purchaser are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the cost of shipping the item you wish to exchange for as well . We recommend that you insure the package for the full value of goods as jewelry has a high risk of theft. We cannot process an exchange or store credit on items we do not receive back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned Made to order stamped jewelry or any custom order, sale items and gift cards we cannot accept returns for.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will either receive the exchange of goods or store credit. Reminder that you the purchaser are responsible for  the outgoing shipping charge on exchanges. If the value of your exchange does not include the value of the shipping charge you will need to provide us an additional payment to post the order.
